1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the item’s delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, digital guides).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance goods, special promotions).

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us:​ Email us at support@solsoil.life​ with your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective product.

  • Wait for Instructions:​ Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions and the return address if your return is approved.

  • Ship the Item:​ Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approval:​ If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Timing:​ Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window has passed.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, or is damaged from reasons not related to a defect on our part.

  • Non-returnable items listed above (digital, custom, etc.).

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

5. Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please process a return for the original purchase and place a new order on our website.
