We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping .

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:​ If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@solsoil.life. We will cover the return shipping costs and, upon receipt of the returned item, will ship out the correct replacement at our expense .

  • Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges (Change of Mind):​ We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund .

7. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from SolSoil.Life are delivered to the carrier for shipment. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier .
